Finding your bills

Here at Jellyfish, we are 100% paperless, which means we don’t send out paper bills.

You can find your bills on the web, or mobile app by heading to ‘Your Bills & Payments’ and selecting ‘View Latest Bill.’ If you would like to see past bills, you can scroll down on the page to 'Your Activity' and download the billing period you would like to review. In this section, you will be able to see any other activity on your account, such as account top ups or bill amendments.
