You can see your account number on your bill or any correspondence sent out by Jellyfish. You can also view it by logging into you mobile or web app. On the homepage you will see a 'Your account' tab. Click on this and your account number will appear.
If you have multiple properties, your properties and their individual account numbers will all be displayed through a drop down menu at the top of the screen on whichever device you are using.
