Date of change, to keep everything accurate
Meter readings on the date of the change
Landlord details, we may need to contact them to confirm details
Validation documents (lease agreement, surrender of lease, ID)
Completed Change of Tenancy (COT) form
Landlord’s email address for initiating the confirmation process
