We will need the following information regardless if you're moving in or out:
Date of change, to keep everything accurate
Meter readings on the date of the change
Landlord details, we may need to contact them to confirm details
Validation documents (lease agreement, surrender of lease, ID)- Move-in Date to specify when you took over the property
Energy type (electricity, gas, or both)
Property details, including address and postcode
Relevant account details such as MPAN or MPRN if applicable
