Please contact Jellyfish’s customer service team to report a fault or issue with your meter. If this happens outside of our team’s office hours, please contact the following:

  • Call 105 free or visit powercut105.com if you have a power cut or spot cable damage

  • Call the National Gas Emergency Service if you smell gas on 0800 111 999.

  • Call 0345 222 3030 to speak to our team at Jellyfish Energy

  • For all enquiries for UK Power Networks, the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) for London and South East England, please call 0800 029 4285
