We employ a company to collect meter readings on our behalf for both our business and domestic customers, so if you see a meter reading listed on your account, we’ve sent out one of our team to ensure that we’re getting accurate readings and charging you the correct amount.

We would advise supplying us with your meter readings once a month and at a minimum, once each quarter.
