If you want to change the bank details for your monthly direct debit, log into our web app and head to your account section. From there you will be able to amend your bank details and your next payment will automatically be taken from this account.

Please be careful when passing banking information over written communication, this should only be completed over the phone or via our app. Be mindful of payments potentially failing during this time if you are changing your details during your billing period.
