Similarly, Jellyfish Energy cannot provide a quote or initiate service for a property without an installed and operational energy meter. If the supply has been disconnected, it must first be reinstated by installing and activating a meter.
Handling Disconnected or De-energized Supplies
Jellyfish Energy is unable to reinstate or onboard energy services for properties with de-energized meters. The meter must be re-energized, and the supply made active before the switch to Jellyfish Energy can proceed.
