Web App
To access the support whilst you are logged into your account, you must select the 'Speech' icon in the bottom right of the page.
You will then instantly be taken to relevant help articles, with a search option to look specifically for the correct answers you are needing.
There is also a live chat option here to speak directly with one of our dedicated customer service specialists.
You can also call our team from within the app, if you are a priority customer. This means our team will already have your details to hand and will thus be able to help you without hesitation.
Mobile App
On the mobile app, if you scroll to the bottom of the page, there is a 'Live Help' button on the left corner.
When you click this, you are presented with two options - either a Live Chat or Phone Call option.
The live chat will start a conversation with one of our customer service team or you can directly speak with them on the phone by pressing 'phone call'.
Our customer service team is open every week day between 9am - 6pm.
