A Fixed Direct Debit (FDD) is typically offered to our domestic customers and is the amount you would pay on your estimated annual consumption divided into 12 monthly payments across the year.

We carry out direct debit reviews every quarter to ensure you’re not paying too much or too little and that your annual consumption matches the amount you’re paying.

A Variable Direct Debit (VDD) is offered to our business customers and means that whatever you’re billed each month is what we will take via direct debit.
