A Fixed Direct Debit (FDD) is typically offered to our domestic customers. It is the amount you would pay on your estimated annual consumption, divided into 12 monthly payments across the year.

We carry out direct debit reviews every quarter to ensure you are not paying too much or too little, and that your annual consumption matches the amount you are paying.

A Variable Direct Debit (VDD) is offered to our business customers. It means that whatever amount you are billed each month, is what we will take via direct debit.
