Business Customers:

To join through the website, head to https://jellyfish.energy/business/your-information

From there, we’ll ask what type of energy you require, your business address, details of your energy usage and the date you’d like your supply to start.

We’ll then instantly showcase the products and tariffs available to your business.

Once you’ve selected your quote, we’ll show a summary of the product, and give you your ‘on live’ payment amount. (An amount that will be taken and held on your account during your contract time with us.)

We’ll then ask you on this same page to fill out your full business details and enter your direct debit information.

From here, you’ll receive a contract via Dropbox sign for you to look over and add your signature to.

From there, your supply will be switched on on your specified date.

As a business customer, you can also join Jellyfish through one of our registered partners.

In this instance, your chosen partner will take you through the steps above and supply you with the finalised contract to sign.
